Teknoderz EX is a cement based water-repellent flex grout for ceramic tiles, marble and granite.

  • When starting to grout the inter-tile joints, make sure that the tile adhesive is completely cured. The grout should be applied no earlier than 24 hours after laying the tile.
  • Before applying the material, clean the seams from any types of oil, rust, detergents, dirt and other substances that prevent setting.
  • Pour 1,5-1,6 liters of clean water at room temperature into a clean capacity. Add the dry compound into a capacity with water and mix it with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  • Leave the compound for 5-10 minutes, then re-mix it with a mixer during 1-2 minutes.
  • The joint depth should be at least 2/3 of the tile thickness.
