How to waterproof a flat roof?
The flat roof surface must be thoroughly cleaned of any dirt, dust, dirt, debris and other substances. Any cracks or damage must be repaired.
Teknomer 200 EX W waterproofing material must be applied evenly to the flat roof surface in several layers perpendicular to each other. This can be done with a brush, roller or sprayer. The working solution life is 70 minutes. Commissioning time is 3-7 days.
Particular attention should be paid to critical areas such as connections to other structures, roof edges and ventilation openings. They must be additionally sealed or protected to prevent water penetration. This can be done with Teknomer Pah Bandi 120/70 sealing tape.
