It is also necessary to create a clean surface without dust, dirt, grease, rust and any other substances that may reduce the level of adhesion.
It is recommended to moisten the surface immediately before laying the tile. This way the glue will fit easier and stick to the surface better.
When choosing the last two, it is necessary to start from the selected tile: its dimensions, weight and other characteristics. For example, 
when laying ceramic tiles of small sizes, for example, 30 * 30, you can use ordinary glue marked C1. But if you have purchased a heavy dimensional tile, then the glue must be selected more durable, and also necessarily elastic. Since laying tiles of large sizes on inelastic glue threatens its cracking or peeling. Also remember that if you are laying tiles in a room with high humidity, then you need to choose a waterproof glue.
As for grout, it is better to choose polymer cement, as it has much more advantages in comparison with conventional cement. It is better in strength, wear resistance, and its color palette is much wider.
If it is written that it is necessary to lay the decorative material on the surface within 30 minutes, then 35 minutes will already be a lot.
