For example, there is both a standard adhesive - Teknofay C1T, which is used for laying tiles of small sizes, and reinforced - Teknofay Flex C2TE S1, which holds dimensional decorative material in different operating conditions, and there is also a quick–hardening adhesive composition - Teknofay Rapid C1FT, which is used when there is an urgent need to finish repairs.
Each subspecies of cement glue has its own characteristics and areas of use, so when repairing, carefully read the information written on the packaging. After all, there is not always a need to overpay when buying reinforced glue, where you need to glue an ordinary small tile. And, conversely, the simplest glue will not be effective on a warm floor or when laying massive granite.
It is also recommended to use it in areas with non-standard geometry.
The advantage of this subspecies is very high adhesion, which allows you to glue tiles even on metal.
The cost of polyurethane and epoxy glue is an order of magnitude higher for cement compositions.
Such glue is made on the basis of acrylic, latex or polyvinyl acetate.
