Gravy and questioning solution Teknogrout 350
Teknogrout 350 non-shrink cement mixture is widely used in the following cases:
for installation of metal supports;- for installing columns;
- for installation of industrial equipment;
- for repair and restoration of bridges, subways, highways and other engineering reinforced concrete structures.
The material can be applied in thicknesses from 10 mm to 75 mm. It is solvent and asbestos free, chloride free and resistant to freeze/thaw cycles. The material also has high strength, adhesion and fluidity.
The material should be used within 30 minutes after preparing the working solution (3-4 liters of water and 25 kg of dry powder). Complete hardening occurs after 24 hours.
Teknogrout Rapid Gravy and Questioning Solution
The main difference between Teknogrout Rapid and the previous material is its ultra-fast action. Commissioning is possible within 1 hour after application. However, you need to work with the material super quickly, because the lifetime of the prepared working solution is 2.5 minutes. The thickness of application of the working solution is 10 mm - 40 mm in one layer.
The material is used in most cases for:
- installation and fixation of pillars;
- strengthening hatches;
- fixing curbs;
- urgent repair of concrete roads with pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
