The size of the material granules is up to 3 mm.
After mixing, the mixture must be applied within 30 minutes. And after 24 hours the surface is ready for use.
Mix for vertical concrete repair Teknorep 300
Teknorep 300, a polymer fiber-reinforced material, is usually used for repairing concrete vertical surfaces, but in some cases it can also be used on horizontal ones. The material has a very wide range of uses. It is suitable for use in all types of concrete structures with an application layer from 10 mm to 40 mm.
Is used for:
- Repairing any damage (cracks, potholes, chips, etc.);
- filling all holes after removing the formwork;
- preparing the surface before applying waterproofing materials;
- strengthening of reinforced concrete structures.
Among the advantages of the material are high adhesion rates, resistance to various types of shocks and vibrations, to freezing/thawing cycles, and to chemical exposure. substances and sulfates.
The mixture is applied manually or mechanically within 30 minutes after mixing. After 24 hours the surface is ready for use.
Corrosion inhibitor Tekno AD
A corrosion inhibitor is used to increase adhesion between the old and new concrete surfaces. Tekno AD is a special mixture, without which it is impossible to qualitatively restore reinforced concrete structures and their elements that have been subjected to mechanical loads or destruction due to corrosion processes.
The material is used in the repair and restoration of columns, bridges, water tanks, subways, ramps, etc.
The material has the following advantages:
- high adhesion rates;
- high strength indicators;
- frost and water resistance;
