Product description
A one-component, non-shrinking, high-strength liquid mortar for decorative casting based on cement, which quickly gains strength.
Areas of application
Features and benefits
The molds and surfaces to which the material is applied must be clean, smooth, solid and free from any dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold grease, detergents and similar substances that prevent adhesion.
Surface and ambient temperature for work: +5°C - +35°C.
Mix:
4.0 - 5.0 liters of water are poured into a clean container. Tekno ART 25 kg is poured into a container filled with water. Mix with a mixer at low speed until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. Mixing time is at least 2 minutes. At the end of the mixing process, remove the powder remaining on the edges and corners of the solution container with a spatula and mix again for 1 minute. Mixing is necessary until the working solution becomes homogeneous. After the working solution is ready for use, water cannot be added to it.
The finished working solution must be poured into the molds within 2 minutes. Tekno ART should be poured into the mold from one side to tightly fill the bottom of the mold. This pouring process prevents the formation of cavities in the finished product.
Cleaning:
After application, it is necessary to protect against adverse weather conditions, such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above +35°C), rain and frost. Hands must be washed with water and detergent until Tekno ART has completely hardened.
Small decorative items: You can pour 1 kg of dry mix into 190 ml of water, mix until smooth for 30-40 seconds and pour into molds. You can use metal spoons or small stirrers attached to a drill to knead the working solution. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, you can add acrylic paint to the solution to obtain multi-colored concrete products. After 15-20 minutes, the products can be removed from the mold.
