Microcement, self-leveling mixture for floors Granito Floor (gray) 20 kg

Granito Floor is a self-leveling finishing material on a cement base, which includes special chemical additives. The material is used to create a decorative coating and repair cracks from 3 to 10 mm thick on concrete floors indoors.

Instructions for use
Before applying the material, clean the surface from any oil, rust, detergents, dirt and other substances that prevent adhesion, and clean the surface from old layers of paint, if any. Old synthetic-based surfaces should be carefully sanded and the surface should be cleaned of dust.
If there are cracks or voids on the surface, they should be filled with Teknorep repair mixtures.

Mixing
To prepare the working solution, pour 5.5 - 6.0 liters of water into a clean container and pour in the dry powder, add a special dye if necessary. Using a mixer at low speed, mix the mixture for 3 minutes until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. The amount of water for mixing may vary depending on the ambient temperature. Leave the resulting mixture for 2 - 3 minutes, then mix again for 3 minutes.

Application

The ready working solution is poured onto the pre-prepared surface and smoothed with a metal spatula without using a needle roller. The working solution has a lifespan of 20 minutes. The material should not be applied in a layer thicker than 1 cm. If necessary, the material should be poured in several layers. The time interval between applying the next layer should be at least 4 hours. If necessary, sand the surface 24 hours after applying Granito Floor.

Cleaning the tool
The tools and equipment used should be washed with water immediately after use. After the material has been approved, the tool can only be cleaned mechanically.
