Teknorep 200 EX is a thin-layer polymer-cement reinforced repair mixture for vertical and horizontal surfaces, reinforced with polymer fibers.
Application area :
- For repairing concrete surfaces after formwork removal

The surface must be prepared for application, free from dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold, grease and waste. The surfaces must be primed beforehand. 4 - 5 liters of clean water are required for 25 kg of powder. Teknorep 200 is gradually added to a clean container with water. Mixing is carried out using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixing time must be at least 5 minutes. The resulting solution must be kept for 3 minutes and mixed again for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Water should not be added to the prepared mixture.
After application, the surface must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above +35°C), rain and frost for the first 3 hours.
The reaction time of cement-based products depends on the ambient temperature. The reaction time is reduced when the temperature increases and increased when it decreases.
When applying the product, wear work clothes that comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations, use a protective mask and goggles.
After use, the tool must be cleaned immediately with water. Once the solution has hardened, it can only be cleaned mechanically.
The prepared solution is applied to the surface with a spatula. If necessary, apply a layer more than 30 mm thick, perform the work in several layers.
