Teknobond 400 is a two component, high strength, epoxy based thixotropic grout specially formulated for repair and installation work on ceiling and horizontal surfaces.
Applications:
- For repairing all kinds of materials such as concrete and stone when installing iron fittings.
- For repairing and sealing wide cracks.
- For bonding materials such as tiles and granite to glossy surfaces.
- For mounting and gluing all types of metal and steel elements to concrete and steel structural elements
- For repairing cracks and fixing injection packers on external surfaces
- For fastening fences and seismic dampers on bridges and viaducts
- For fixing anchor elements

Surface quality, seams and joint surfaces must be dry and free from any kind of dust, dirt, loose and loose particles, grout residues, oil and grease. If necessary, compressed air cleaning can be used.
For fastening the reinforcement, the diameter of the hole must be at least 4 mm larger than the diameter of the iron rods.
Component B should be added to component A and mixed with a low speed electric mixer (350 - 400 rpm) for 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous working mixture is obtained.
Teknobond 400 is applied first to the hole and then to the rebar, after which it should be slowly rotated, inserted into the hole and tapped several times with a hammer or other hard object so that it is completely inserted into the hole.
After 24 hours, it is recommended to check the quality of the fastening to ensure the correctness of the work performed.
Notes:
- Do not use temperatures below +5°C to fully cure the material.
- Do not add foreign materials or water to the installation solution.
- Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
- The product may cause irritation if it comes into contact with the skin. Work clothes, protective gloves, mask and goggles must be used. Before starting work, you can apply a protective cream on your hands. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse eyes with warm water and seek medical advice.
