Two-component sealing mastic contributes to the high resistance of the sealing surface to deformations, temperature changes, aggressive environments, ultraviolet radiation and other negative influences. In addition, the material retains elasticity and other useful properties.

The components of the two-component sealant "Oxiplast" are a mastic-like paste and a hardener. The ratio of mastic and hardener can be found on the label of the main component container. The sealant is thixotropic, easy to apply. After setting, the sealant becomes elastic and rubber-like. It is characterized by special strength and reliability.

Scope:

Sealing of joints of vertical and inclined building structures

Sealing of joints and cracks in horizontal structures (floors) in the absence of mechanical load

Sealing of expansion joints with a maximum deformation of ± 25%

Sealing of monolithic and prefabricated reinforced concrete structures

Complies with EN ISO 11600 type F, class 25LM

Applying the sealant

Oxiplast sealing mastic is applied using a construction spatula, syringe or other device. Before application, it is necessary to ensure that the surface is free from dust, dirt and foreign objects. The sealant can be applied to both dry and wet surfaces, but water must be eliminated from it. An excellent characteristic of the sealant is good adhesion.

Type of polymer - 2-component polyurethane, cold hardening after mixing the components under the influence of moisture

Packaging - The base mass (component A) is supplied in a plastic bucket, which also contains the hardener (component B) in a plastic container. It is completed in the ratio of components A:B, ready for direct mixing, namely 6:1 by weight. The total weight of the kit is 12 kg.

Warranty shelf life - 6 months in undamaged factory packaging in dry warehouses at a temperature not exceeding +30°C.
