Sealant is a reliable protection of the window from destruction and deterioration of the appearance, as foams absorb water and collapse under the influence of light, which leads to a violation of the thermal insulation modes of the installation joint.
The sealant has good adhesion to the following materials: wood, concrete, brick, plaster, PVC, aluminum.
The sealant is used for:
sealing cracks and holes inside the room;
sealing joints of wall elements (inter-block, inter-panel, etc.)
sealing joints of door and window frames during installation and repair.
Advantages:

Restrictions:
- do not dilute the material with water;
- do not apply the sealant during precipitation (rain, snow);
- do not allow the sealant to come into contact with water until a surface film is formed;
- do not use the sealant in closed rooms with humidity above 90%.
The sealant is completely ready for use. At low temperatures, the viscosity of the sealant increases, therefore, before use, we recommend that you keep the sealant in a heated room for at least a day. The recommended temperature of the sealant for application is +5°C to 35°C.
Preparation:
The sealant is completely ready for use. Before use, degrease the surface, clean it of dirt, dust, loose particles. The edges and surfaces of the openings must not have chips, sinks, concrete mortar inflows and other damage with a height (depth) of more than 10 mm. Defective areas must be filled with waterproof mixtures. Loose, crumbling areas of the opening surfaces must be strengthened (treated with binding mixtures or special film materials). It is possible to apply the sealant to a dry and wet surface. The presence of dripping moisture on the surface is unacceptable. When working in winter, clean the surface from snow, ice and frost. It is unacceptable to apply the sealant during precipitation (rain and snow).
Application:
The sealant is applied to the prepared surface using a spatula or paint brush. The recommended thickness of the application layer is from 3.5 to 5.5 mm. When laying the sealant, it is recommended to protect the front edges of the structures with masking tape in order to prevent their contamination. Masking tape should be removed before the sealant has formed a surface film.
Finishing and cleaning of tools:
Fresh sealant is washed off with warm water. Cured sealant is removed mechanically.
