PROFFLEX B - one-component acrylate sealant with high vapor barrier properties. The sealant is intended for performing the inner layer of the assembly joint in accordance with DSTU-N B V.2.6-146:2010, with an allowable deformation of the assembly joint of no more than 15%, for sealing the inner contour of window, door and balcony structures.

PROPERTIES
High vapor barrier properties
Very good adhesion to most building materials
Protects against water vapor penetration from living spaces into the installation joint
Ready to use
Resistance to deformation
Durability
Possibility of use at sub-zero temperatures
Surface coloring possible
Due to its high thixotropy, the sealant can be applied to horizontal, vertical and inclined surfaces.
Appearance - paste
AREAS OF APPLICATION
The sealant is completely ready for use.
We also recommend using Profflex A acrylate sealant for the outer mounting layer.
At low temperatures, the viscosity of the sealant increases, so before use, we recommend keeping the sealant in a heated room for at least 24 hours. The recommended temperature of the sealant for application is +5 ° C to 35 ° C (minimum to -13 ° C).

SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with unprotected skin and eyes. Do not take internally. When working, use protective equipment: gloves, overalls, eye and face protection. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of warm water.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
The warranty shelf life is 12 months at a temperature of - 5 ° C to + 35 ° C in intact factory packaging. Transportation and storage at a temperature of up to - 20 ° C is allowed, while the total storage time at sub-zero temperatures should not exceed 15 days, and the number of freeze/thaw cycles should not exceed 10.
Preparation: The sealant is completely ready for use. Before application, degrease the surface, clean it of dirt, dust, loose particles. The edges and surfaces of the openings should not have chips, sinks, concrete mortar influxes and other damage with a height (depth) of more than 10 mm. Defective areas should be filled with waterproof mixtures. Loose, crumbling areas of the opening surfaces should be strengthened (treated with binding mixtures or special film materials. It is possible to apply the sealant to a dry and wet surface. The presence of dripping moisture on the surface is unacceptable. When working in winter, clean the surface from snow, ice and frost. It is unacceptable to apply the sealant during precipitation (rain and snow).
Application: The sealant is applied to the prepared surface using a spatula or paint brush. The recommended layer thickness is from 3.5 to 5.5 mm. The ambient temperature when applying the sealant is from -20 ° C to 35 ° C and the relative humidity is not more than 90%. When applying the sealant, it is recommended to protect the front edges of the structures with masking tape to prevent their contamination. The masking tape must be removed before the sealant forms a surface film.
Finishing and cleaning of the tool: Fresh sealant is washed off with warm water. Polymerized sealant is removed mechanically.
