Teknobond 860 is a three-component, highly effective, non-shrink repair mixture based on epoxy-cement, does not contain solvents.

Application area:

For installation of equipment, profiles, reinforcement outlets in concrete and reinforced concrete bases
For repair and filling of cracks in concrete surfaces
For repair and installation of prefabricated elements made of reinforced concrete

Instructions for use

The surface must be prepared for application, free from dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold. The humidity of the base should not exceed 4%. The application surface should be pre-treated with Teknobond 300 primer before use.

Mixing the working solution

Add the contents of the container of component B to the container of component A. Mix with a low-speed electric mixer until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Then pour the mixture into a clean empty container and mix with a mixer at low speed (up to 600 rpm) and continuously add component C. Continue mixing for at least 3 minutes|minutes| until a homogeneous solution is obtained.

The working solution is applied to the primed base using a spatula/trowel.

Recommendations for use

After application, the surface must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above +35 ° C), rain and frost.
When applying the product, wear work clothes that comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations, use a protective mask and goggles.
After use, the tool must be cleaned immediately with water. Once the solution has hardened, it can only be removed mechanically.
