Teknomer 500 (Текномер 500)

Surface quality, seams and joint surfaces must be dry and free from any kind of dust, dirt, loose and loose particles, grout residues, oil and grease. If the concrete has segregation, damaged or loose parts, these should be removed and the surface repaired with Teknorep repair mortars (Teknorep 510). Sharp corners and edges should also be treated with repair mortar.
You can start working with Teknomer 500 3-4 days after the completion of the repair work.
Before applying waterproofing, the surface should be moistened.
The liquid component B should be poured into a clean container, then slowly pour the powdered component A and mix with a low-speed electric mixer (350 - 400 rpm) for 5 minutes until a homogeneous working mixture is obtained, then leave the mixture for 3 minutes, then mix again her within 2 minutes.
Teknomer 500 should be applied to the surface with a brush or roller in 2 coats. When the first layer stops sticking to the fingers, you can start applying the next one. The second layer should be applied perpendicular to the previous one.

Notes:

• Foreign materials and water must not be added to Teknomer 500.
• Do not apply the mixture on chipboard, MDF, plywood, PVC, wood and metal surfaces.
• After applying the waterproofing, make sure that direct sunlight and precipitation do not fall on the surface, and the material should not be used at temperatures above +35 C and below +5 C.
• After application, precautions should be taken against all kinds of punctures, scratches and impacts.
• Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
• The product may cause irritation if it comes into contact with the skin. Work clothes, protective gloves, mask and goggles must be used. Before starting work, you can apply a protective cream on your hands. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse eyes with warm water and seek medical advice.
