- After applying Teknoser Baski, the Tekno Ayrac powder material should be evenly scattered over the surface and proceed to the printing process.
- After 1-2 days after the completion of the surface printing work, the surface should be cleaned with pressurized water.
Notes:
- It should be avoided in windy, very cold and hot weather.
- Immediately after applying the material, it is necessary to protect the surface from adverse weather conditions (direct sunlight, high temperatures ≤ + 35 ˚С, precipitation and frost).
- The tools and equipment used must be washed immediately after use.
- The product may cause irritation if it gets on the skin. It is necessary to use work clothes, protective gloves, a mask and glasses. Before starting work, you can also apply a protective cream on your hands. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse the eyes immediately with warm water and consult a doctor.
1. Which is cheaper printed concrete or paving stones?
Average quality paving stones are identical in price with printed concrete. But if we take into account the high strength and wear resistance of the coating, as well as the possibility of creating a variety of patterns on the surface, the use of printed concrete turns out to be much more profitable.
2. What can replace the separator for printed concrete?
If you want to get a solid surface that is resistant to wear, mechanical damage, etc., then it is not recommended to replace hardeners and separators for concrete with any improvised means. We draw your attention to the high-quality and inexpensive Tekno Ayrac separator, the consumption of which ranges from 100 to 400 g per 1 square meter.
3. What kind of varnish is used to cover printed concrete?
Printed concrete can be coated with acrylic varnish, with which you can create both a glossy (using Teknocila 300) and a matte surface (using Teknocila 400). The varnish is applied to a surface that is dry and free of mold grease.
4. What is artistic concrete?
Artistic concrete is one of the types of finishing coating of concrete surfaces, which is also called printed or stamped concrete.
5. What kind of concrete is needed for printed concrete?
To create printed concrete, the surface must be wet. Freshly laid concrete does not require additional preparation, but when working on an old concrete surface, it needs to be soaked very well with water.
