APPLICATION
Teknokur 405 is applied to freshly placed concrete, creating a durable, wear-resistant and dust-free surface. It is used for laying concrete at elevated air temperatures or in strong winds. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Typically used in warehouses, parking lots, retail spaces, aircraft hangars, can also be used to protect concrete roads and in the construction of engineering structures such as bridges, subways, tunnels.

MATERIAL DATA BASIS
The above technical data are obtained from laboratory tests carried out at a temperature of + 20 °C and a relative humidity of 50% in the Tekno Yapı Kimyasalları laboratory. The results are obtained 28 days after the tests. The actual characteristics of the material may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
Since we have no control over the installation process and operating conditions, we are only responsible for the quality of the material. The production of materials is periodically optimized and improved, we have the right to make changes to the technical description of the materials without informing the client.
SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PREPARATION
The material should be mixed well before use.
CAUSING
Teknokur 405 should be applied to freshly placed concrete after 30-120 minutes on the untreated surface of existing concrete. The material can be applied by brush, roller or spray, in a continuous, even layer. Application to freshly placed concrete provides additional surface sealing and protects against premature moisture evaporation, and when applied to an existing concrete surface provides additional reinforcement. For outdoor use, the second layer can be applied within 6 hours after applying the first.
CLEANING THE TOOL
Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
LIMITATION
- At high temperatures (above +30 C), store Teknokur 405 in a cool place before use.
- At low temperatures (below +5 C) this product may thicken, reducing its ability to be applied by spraying.
- Keep spraying equipment clean and thoroughly clean it before use to remove any residue from previous protective materials.
- When applying with a spray gun, ensure even coverage of the base.
- Teknokur 405 must be mechanically removed before applying any other coating.
SAFETY MEASURES
The product may cause irritation if it comes into contact with the skin. It is necessary to use work clothes, protective gloves, a mask and glasses. You can also apply a protective cream to your hands before starting work. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with warm water and consult a doctor.
