The surface should be made rough with sandpaper, by milling or sandblasting. On the cleaned surface apply a primer coat of TEKNOBOND 300. Teknobond 500P application is made not later than 24 hours after application of the primer layer. Teknobond 500 P should be applied with a spatula to obtain a smooth surface.
After adding component B to component A and mix for 2-3 minutes with low speed electric mixer (max 400 rpm) until a homogeneous color.
Notes on application:
Make sure TEKNOBOND 500 P will be applied to solid non-porous surface. If necessary, double-undercoat layer TEKNOBOND 300. TEKNOBOND 500P is applied with a notched trowel.
For most high-quality curing of material, do not use the boundary temperature regimes. Low temperatures slow down the curing process, while higher temperatures accelerate the curing process. Viability will also vary depending on the temperature.
If your mixture to the skin it should be washed with water with detergent. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty lukewarm water and seek medical help.
After application the product must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above 35 °C) and bad weather conditions.
Immediately after application, equipment should be cleaned with TeknoThinner.
