Foundation quality / preliminary preparation
The concrete surface must be thoroughly cleaned of weak parts, residues of any foreign materials, dirt, dust and other substances that can reduce the adhesion of the material. If the concrete surface is given the necessary roughness, you can do without pre-priming.
To improve the adhesion of the Teknorep 300 material to the existing surface and/or reinforcement, it is recommended to use the Tekno AD adhesive anti-corrosion mixture. Before applying the primer, the fittings must be cleaned by blasting or sandblasting or with high-pressure water. It is necessary to apply the primer by carefully rubbing it into the prepared surface. It is necessary to apply the repair solution using the "wet on wet" method at a time when the primer layer still has "stickiness".
Preparation of the working solution
In a clean container with 3.5 - 4.5 liters of pure water, gradually add the contents of a 25-kilogram bag, constantly stirring with a low-speed mixer for 5 minutes. Soak the solution for 3 minutes and mix again for 2 minutes until smooth. After mixing, water should not be added to the solution.
Application
After sealing, the finished solution must be used within 30 minutes. The solution must be applied manually or by wet shotcrete. The application of the material should be carried out on a pre-moistened surface. The thickness of the application of one layer of the Teknorep 300 working solution can be from 10 to 40 mm. If necessary, the application of the material with a layer of more than 40 mm is carried out in several stages.
If it is necessary to repair horizontal concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces and elements, it is recommended to use self-leveling repair mixes of the Teknogrout series.
Limitations
The ideal option for quickly finishing the walls of a bomb shelter after repair work is considered to be the finishing putty Teknorep 100 Flex with polymer fibers in the composition.
