Hydrophobic additive for concrete and mortars Tekno 1(10 kg)

Tekno 1 - this is a ready-to-use liquid additive that increases the water resistance of concrete and mortars.

Scope of application:

- For waterproofing the surface of plaster mixtures during the repair and construction of swimming pools, tunnels, pits, septic tanks.
- For waterproofing mineral surfaces exposed to groundwater and rainwater: foundations, socles, blind areas, screeds
- For the preparation of waterproof masonry mortars (foundations made of blocks, bricks).

Advantages:

- Increases the water resistance of the surface, while leaving it vapor-permeable.
- Does not contain chlorides, does not affect the setting time and strength of the mortars.
- Does not cause corrosion of reinforcement, is a non-toxic liquid.
- Protects all mineral structures and bases from the effects of water above and below the ground.
- Used to protect both outside and inside buildings.

Application:

Add one part Tekno 1 to 10 parts water (up to 3% of the weight of cement in the solution). Depending on the filler used, the ratio of Tekno 1 to water can be 1:8.

Notes on application:

Before application, the surface must be cleaned of cement laitance, weak parts and other materials that can reduce adhesion.

After application, protect the surface from adverse weather conditions, strong wind, direct sunlight and high air temperatures (above +35°C) and negative temperatures. Use protective masks, glasses and gloves during work. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of warm water and consult a doctor.
