Teknolatex 200 is a primer based on acrylic dispersion for concrete surfaces for plaster and gypsum.

- Before applying the material, the surface should be cleaned of any types of oil, rust, detergents, dirt and other substances that prevent setting.
- To prepare the working solution, pour 6 liters of clean water into a clean container and pour out the dry powder (12 kg) Teknolatex 200. Using a low-speed mixer (400-600 rpm), mix the compound until smooth.
- The primer can be applied to the surface with a brush, roller or mechanical spray.
Notes:
- Suitable for internal use only.
- Do not add foreign materials to the compound.
- Immediately after applying waterproofing, it is necessary to protect the surface from adverse weather conditions (direct sunlight, high temperatures < + 35 ˚С, precipitation and frost).
- The tools and equipment used should be washed immediately after use.
- The product may cause irritation if it gets on the skin. It is necessary to use work clothes, protective gloves, a mask and glasses. Before starting work, you can apply a protective cream on your hands.
1. Do I need to prime the wall before painting with old paint?
Yes. The primer will provide good adhesion between the old paint layer and the new one. But please note that the old paint should not be exfoliated and should not be swollen. Otherwise, the new layer may just start to peel off.
