Teknomer 100 is a one-component crystallized waterproofing based on cement. The insoluble crystals included in the material fill the pores of the concrete, preventing the penetration of water.
Application areas:
- For ground floors and basements
- For swimming pools, water tanks and decorative pools
- For reinforced concrete pipes
- For tunnels and elevator shafts
- For large engineering structures such as metro, dams, highways
Properties of penetrating waterproofing:
- Resistant to negative and positive water pressure
- Prevents water penetration
- Easy to use

- Before applying the material, the surface should be cleaned of any types of oil, rust, detergents, dirt and other substances that prevent setting.
- If there are cracks or other damages on the surface, they must be previously repaired with Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300 EX repair solutions. You can use Techpomeg 100 in 3 to 4 days after surface repair.
- Before applying the material, the surface should be well moistened.
- To prepare the working solution, pour 8 liters of clean water into a clean container. Pour the Teknorep 100 (20 kg) dry mixture into a container with water and use a low-speed mixer to knead the composition for at least 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Leave the resulting mixture for 3 minutes, then mix again.
- The material can be applied with a rigid brush or spray in 2-3 layers, where each next layer should be perpendicular to the previous one.
Notes:
- Do not use the material on the surface of wood, chipboard, MDF, plywood, PVC and metal.
- After applying the waterproofing make sure that direct sunlight and precipitation do not fall on the surface, and also do not use the material at temperatures above + 35 ˚С and below + 3 ˚С.
- The work should be carried out in compliance with safety and hygiene standards, using protective gloves, a mask and glasses.
- The tools and equipment used must be washed with warm water immediately after use.
1. What is waterproofing used for?
Waterproofing is used to protect the surface from destruction under the influence of moisture, thereby prolonging the service life of the base.
2. What kind of waterproofing is penetrating?
Penetrating waterproofing is waterproofing, which includes insoluble crystals that fill the pores of concrete, thereby preventing the penetration of water.
3. On what basis can penetrating waterproofing be used?
Penetrating waterproofing can only be used on concrete surfaces, as the material fills the pores of concrete. For brick foundations, such waterproofing is not suitable.
4. How to protect the basement from groundwater?
An excellent solution for protecting the basement from groundwater is penetrating waterproofing based on cement Teknomer 100. It is very easy to apply, and commissioning is possible in 5 days.
5. How to apply penetrating waterproofing correctly?
Before applying penetrating waterproofing, it is necessary to moisten the concrete surface very well with water. How well the surface is wetted affects the depth of penetration of waterproofing into the pores of concrete and, accordingly, the quality of waterproofing of the surface.
6. How to apply cement waterproofing correctly?
Teknomer 100 cement waterproofing is applied to a wet surface within 20 minutes after mixing dry powder with water in 2-3 layers with a stiff brush or spray. The drying time between layers is about 6 hours.
